How to A Make Bunting
Requirements: Glue, scissors, pen, ruler, ribbon and gift wrap
Step 1: Assemble the tools and gift wrap.
Step 2: Make a diamond-shaped template on the back of the gift wrap.
Step 3: Cut out each flag using the template.
Step 4: Put the ribbon at the crease, add glue and fold to secure.
Step 5: Try mixing and matching different gift wrap for a decorative look.
How to elevate your gift wrapping
Requirements: Two or more gift wrap rolls with matching patterns or colours, scissors, tape and a glue stick
Step 1:Wrap the gift in a beautiful gift wrap.
Step 2:Cut out a few strips of gift wrap with a different pattern or colour.
Step 3:Weave the strips into a pretty pattern. Fasten the strips to the package using glue or tape.
Step 4:Finish it off with a decorative bow..!
How to fold a Bird Napkin
Step 1:Start with a square piece of paper. Fold and unfold the paper so that you have the crease marks shown.
Step 2:Fold the paper in half to make a triangle.
Step 3:Tuck the left and right corners inside so that you end up with a diamond shape.
Step 4:Point the open side toward you. Fold the uppermost flap of the paper so that you get the crease marks shown above. Unfold.
Step 5:Open the uppermost flap by bringing the bottom corner up and pressing the side flaps in to the center. Turn the paper over, the open side toward you, and repeat steps 4-5.
Step 6:Make sure the separated “legs” are pointed toward you. Fold the right corner of the uppermost flap to the middle (1). Turn the paper over and repeat, but this time fold the left corner of the uppermost flap (2).
Step 7:Lift the swan’s neck (the thin “leg”) out and up. Push to tuck the leg inside the two outer flaps. Then repeat with the tail (the thick “leg”). 1.2.
Step 8:Your swan should now look like this. Fold down the “head” of the thinner leg.
Step 9:Fold down the wings and your swan is finished!
How to make A Santa Gift Sack
Requirements: Metre fabric, scissors and a sewing machine (or needle and thread)
Step 1:Cut out a 250 cm X 80 cm piece of fabric.
Step 2:Fold the fabric in the middle with the patterned sides facing in.
Step 3:Sew the edges together and leave an opening 4 cm wide, 20 cm from the top for the ribbon channel.
Step 4:Fold the fabric 15 cm from the top. Sew the seams on each side of the opening.
Step 5:Cut out two strips, fold in the edges on each side and sew together to make two fabric ribbons.
Step 6:Thread one fabric ribbon on each side and tie.
How to make A Bed Skirt
Requirements: Metre fabric, measuring tape, scissors and a sewing machine or needle and thread
Step 1:Measure your bed:Length:____cmWidth:_____cmHeight:____cm
Step 2:Cut out one piece of fabric that measures the length x width of the bed, allowing 3 cm extra for seams.
Step 3:Cut out two pieces of fabric that measure the height x length of the bed (one for each side) plus 3 cm extra for hemming. Fold the fabric at the edges and hem three sides as shown below.
Step 4:Cut out two pieces of fabric that measure the height x width of the bed (one for each side) plus 3 cm extra for hemming. Fold the fabric at the edges and hem three sides as shown below.
Step 5:Cut out 16 strips, 25 cm long x 6 cm wide. Hem all four sides of each fabric tie.

How to make A Garland
Requirements: Gift wrap, a glue stick and scissors
Step 1:Cut the gift wrap into 7 X 23 cm strips.
Step 2:Link the strips together and attach the open ends with glue to form a chain.
Step 3:Hang wherever you want to add a little more holiday decoration..!
