If yesterday I was post about an elegant lighting, today I have an opposites idea, but of course still pay attention to the beauty of the decor. There is Kenyon Yeh who have creates an awesome form lamps with high artistic merit. Called ‘Nuo’ rattan pendant lamp, a lighting product that surely giving a rustic atmosphere to your room. ‘Nuo’ pendant consist of two materials, made from rattan strips base and stem of banana trees that are environmentally friendly material and can be parsed again. This material processed with a particular method so that this material is very beautiful, flexible, and strong. After going through a careful process of finishing, resulted a high quality traditional style lights, has a unique beauty and simplicity in the finished pendant form, reflecting the traditional skills and the unique allure of material fashioned by human hands. ‘Nuo’ is divided into two sections, both of the outer base and the inner base curve that need high skilled craftsmanship to form, in the end finished on its natural color. For the ‘Nuo’ lamps project, Kenyon Yeh was travelled to Indonesia, and together with the local traditional craftsmen, he studied the process of making of the rattan woven techniques.
